Submitting an inquiry, shortlist request, or order form does not create a binding sale until we confirm the order and payment terms with you. We may decline or cancel an order if a rug is unavailable, information is incomplete, or we suspect fraud or error.

Prices are generally stated in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax (including Georgia sales tax where required) and shipping charges will be communicated as part of the sale. Payment methods and timing will be agreed at checkout or with our team.

Shipping and return rules for online purchases are described in our Online Return Policy. That policy is incorporated into these Terms for online rug purchases unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Cleaning, restoration, and related maintenance services are subject to separate estimates, timelines, and workmanship discussions. Service results depend on the rug's age, materials, prior condition, and the nature of the damage or soiling. We will discuss expected outcomes before work begins when material.

Trade pricing and benefits, if offered, apply only to approved trade accounts under the terms we communicate for that program. Approval is at our discretion.
